1. Clarify the required parameters
Load requirements: Determine the maximum and minimum working loads
(such as static loads, dynamic impact loads).
Stroke range: Required compression and extension strokes (such as
±50mm).
Dimensional restrictions: Installation space (diameter, height,
connection method such as thread or flange).
Working pressure: Usually 0.3~1.0 MPa, which needs to match the air
source.
Environmental conditions: temperature range (-30℃ to +80℃),
corrosiveness (salt water, chemicals), dust or vibration, etc.
2. Choose the type and structure
Diaphragm vs. Piston:
Diaphragm: Suitable for short stroke, high frequency vibration
isolation (such as precision equipment).
