Specific applications of rubber air springs in Web Tensioning Devices

(1) Floating support of tension rollers
Function: The rubber air spring supports the tension roller (such as a floating roller or a dancer roller) and applies a reverse force through air pressure regulation to balance the tension of the web.

Dynamic response: When the web speed or tension fluctuates, the air spring quickly adjusts the air pressure to maintain the position of the roller stable and avoid sudden changes in tension.

(2) Closed-loop tension control system
Sensor feedback: Combined with a tension sensor or position sensor, the web tension is monitored in real time, and the air pressure of the air spring is controlled by the PLC to achieve closed-loop regulation.

Multi-stage control: Air springs are used independently in unwinding, intermediate traction, winding and other workstations to meet different tension requirements.

(3) Vibration and impact absorption
Shock absorption: When the web runs at high speed, lateral vibration or instantaneous impact may occur. The damping characteristics of the air spring can effectively suppress vibration and protect the equipment.

Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers.
