Truck Air Spring

An air spring is a carefully designed flexible part of rubber and fabric that contains a certain volume of compressed air. The air spring itself does not provide force and support loads, which is done by the compressed air column. Air springs are also equipped with metal end sealing plates, and the standard double wire mesh layer is composed of four layers.

Trucks and trailers equipped with air springs have much fewer "wear and crack" failures than trucks with leaf springs. This means longer cab and car life, lower operating costs, less downtime, etc.

Trucks equipped with air springs have less cargo damage than trucks with traditional leaf springs, which improves economic benefits. With the development of business and demand for customers, our company introduced business with TomLog Corporation in 2010, our strategic cooperative partner in Taiwan. Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers. Our company adopts the most advanced domestic air spring processing equipment and international production technology. Combined with unique production process, our company strictly execute international standards for production and spare no efforts to create the world-class products.
