Bus Air Spring

The generally preferred type of spring for buses is the roll spring. Roller springs are springs with superspring sensitivity. Due to their generally long product length, they provide a very comfortable suspension, reaching high strokes without increasing the working diameter. Plates and pistons produced in appropriate diameters and conical forms can be easily fitted to and dismounted from these products, both connecting necks are conical. However, in the type produced in a conical form, the direction of the tapered part with the narrower diameter must be mounted on the piston (under the shaft), and the direction with the larger diameter must be mounted on the plate (on the frame).

For different use areas, there are different operating pressure intervals, connection heights, operating spaces, operating frequencies and lifting forces.

The air suspension springs in the bus both ensure a high degree of driving comfort for the passengers and are able to keep the vehicle height at the same ideal level during travel. In addition, air suspension springs allow the coach to tilt and lower, allowing passengers to get on and off the bus with ease. Generally, it is necessary to install two air suspension springs on the front axle and four air suspension springs on the rear axle.

Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers.
