What is Air Spring

Air spring is a carefully designed flexible part of rubber and ply, which contains a certain volume of compressed air column inside. The air spring itself does not provide force and support load, it is done by compressed air column. The air spring is also equipped with a metal end seal plate, and the standard double-wire mesh layer is composed of four layers.

Trucks and trailers with air springs have far fewer "wear and crack" failures than trucks with leaf springs. This means longer cab and car life, lower operating costs, less downtime, etc.
