Remove and installation

Remove the air spring

1. Lift and support the vehicle (Note: When the vehicle is only supported by the jack, do not work under the vehicle or on the vehicle, keep the vehicle supported on the safety stand.)

2. Remove the tire

3. Depressurize the air suspension system

4. Disconnect the rear air spring from the lower boom

●Remove nuts and bolts

5. Disconnect the air line (Note: any open fittings must be plugged to avoid contamination)

6. Use a hand jack to support the air spring assembly

7. Remove the 3 rear air cushion spring fixing nuts

8. Remove the rear air spring

9. Remove the Voss fitting from the air line

●Remove sockets and unions

Install the air spring

1. Install a new Voss connector to the air spring

2. Install the rear air spring

●Make sure that the top mount of the spring and shock absorber assembly and the body mating surface are clean

●Connect the air line to the Voss fitting

●Tighten the nut

3. Connect the shock absorber assembly to the lower boom.

●Tighten nuts and bolts
4. Pressurize the air suspension system
5. Install the tires
●Tighten wheel nuts
